PipelineHQ uses your connected company email (e.g. you@yourcompany.com) to send cold emails via the Polsia email delivery infrastructure. Each email is AI-personalized to the recipient using publicly available data about them and their company. Outbound emails are delivered from your domain so replies come directly to your inbox — no masking, no forwarding. Your sending reputation stays 100% yours.
You can import leads manually (name, email, company) or connect a CSV file. We also support integration with common tools. Each lead is enriched with AI — the system researches publicly available context about each prospect before writing personalized copy. You control the total volume based on your plan limits.
We take privacy seriously. All lead data is encrypted at rest and in transit. PipelineHQ only processes publicly available information to generate personalized outreach. We are fully GDPR-compliant. After 14 days, your account pauses until you activate a paid plan. We'll send you a reminder before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start — you'll choose a plan and enter payment details only when you're ready to continue. Your data and sequences are saved if you decide to upgrade later.
Yes — cancel any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds, but we're not dicks about it — reach out to support and we'll figure it out.
